Pioneer Resources has been providing services to busy professionals, seniors, and home-based businesses for more than ten years. Current and previous experiences have included:

 

Daily money management: Working with busy professionals, seniors, and home-based businesses in the day-to-day management of finances.   

 

Real estate property management: Tracking monthly payments on investment properties, preparing owner’s statements, and maintaining company accounts.

 

Conference coordination: Assisting in the planning of an annual conference.

 

Writing and editing: Design and editing of user software and company policy manuals, advertising brochures, instructional materials, reports and promotional literature. Assisted the managing editor for monthly online newsletters.

 

Training: Development and implementation of training programs for volunteers and staff at a non-profit agency as well as training sessions for employees for a local business.

 

Data collection: Establishment, standardization, and implementation of data entry procedures for several companies.

 

Hiring: In coordination with the CEO, director, or owner, writing of  job description, placement of the advertisement in print and online media, reviewing of resumes and identification of qualified candidates, screening of applicants by phone, participation in personal interviews, contacting candidate references.

Office Organization: Setting up systems to organize paper and computer files and records.
